A wealth of experience
SW3 Design and Build Ltd. are experts in the production of bespoke joinery and high-end refurbishment work.
Our London-based factory has been manufacturing joinery pieces for in-house projects since 2001 and by being in control of our own facility we have the flexibility to ensure we are not reliant on outside sub-contractors, which in our experience can lead to delays.
Our particular field of expertise lies in undertaking complete refurbishment projects from the very start which is frequently from the point of a measured survey right through to the snagging and gardening (proposed plans, working drawings, structural calculations and drawings, landlords consents, Planning consent, Listed building consent, Building control, Interior design and of course the supervision and execution of the works.

INTERIOR DESIGN & SOFT FURNISHINGS
SW3 Design and Build work very closely with the hugely talented and stylish interior designer, Suzy Papalios. She has worked throughout the UK, Europe and the U.S. for over 25 years and built up a portfolio to match her experience.
Suzy's services range from design advice, colour selections, sample choices and the procurement and installation of the finest furnishings, curtains, and carpets.
